We currently deliver across Nepal. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@performancehouse.com.np to arrange shipping.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery city and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available in select cities as determined by the store.
3. Delivery Time
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for remote areas.
4. Store Pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order from our store at Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur during business hours (10am – 7pm). You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
5. Order Tracking
